State Farm® Insurance Agent Rachael Spoon

"We are having problems with coverages being put on our plans that we did not authorize values changed without my permission so I notified Racheal Spoon’s office that we would be changing to a different agent for that day she took our finance car And took the insurance off that was required by the lender and put base coverage on it. It was so nice because a lender noticed and now I have to deal with that because now I’m in violation of my contract, my new agent corrected it no problem but State Farm Racheal Spoon has caused extra problems for my house financially for the last six months changing plans without my permission putting on Extra coverages that I did not Authorize. This is a blatant act of retaliation for me removing my account from her agency. Waiting to see what State Farm itself has to say I’ve had them for 30 years. One bad agent stay away from her. *** The system won’t let me reply to Racheal Spoon‘s rebuttal, and the reviews were done in different days because there were multiple problems. Several one star reviews (she is lucky I didn’t write a review every time they made a mistake or every time I had to have them adjust the plan back to what I asked for) Brain at all to tell you red flag red flag run away from this business."

"Avoid this office at all cost because it's gonna cost you a lot more money. This agent's representatives changed my basic coverage plan to full coverage without my permission. I caught it two months later when I finally got paperwork, and the bills finally started showing up more than what they should've been. But Racheal Spoon decided that it was more important for her to get a commission than to do what I ask. I'm the insured. I'm the one that gets to pick what coverages on my vehicle especially a vehicle that's fully paid off and is seven years old, does not need full coverage. From having the deductibles be the wrong dollar amount, missing things off my plan like rental car coverage, emergency roadside assistance, adding on a life insurance policy to my plan that I didn't authorize So check your plans carefully, especially if you're dealing with this agency because they add whatever they can to make more money and you pay for it Avoid them at all cost"
